1. Kullanım lisansı
Size OTTOMAN’ı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Oyun veya içeriği üzerinde mülkiyet hakkı devredilmez.
2. Oyun ve özellikler
Bölümler, karakterler, skorlar, denge, görseller, sesler, oynanış mekanikleri ve diğer özellikler zaman içinde değiştirilebilir, eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Belirli bir özelliğin veya ilerlemenin süresiz olarak kullanılabilir kalacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
3. Kabul edilemeyen kullanım
Oyunu veya siteyi hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanamaz; güvenlik sistemlerini aşmaya, hizmeti bozacak şekilde müdahale etmeye, yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya, hile veya zararlı yazılım dağıtmaya ya da fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmeye çalışamazsınız.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
OTTOMAN adı, karakterleri, tasarımları, görselleri, oyun mekanikleri, metinleri, sesleri, logoları ve ilgili yaratıcı içerik; aksi açıkça belirtilmedikçe ilgili hak sahiplerinin fikri mülkiyetidir. Yazılı izin olmadan ticari amaçla kopyalanamaz, yeniden dağıtılamaz veya türev eser oluşturmak için kullanılamaz.
5. Üçüncü taraf ve platform koşulları
Oyunu Apple App Store üzerinden indirmeniz halinde Apple’ın uygulanabilir App Store koşulları ve platform kuralları da geçerlidir. Zorunlu platform hükümleriyle bu koşullar arasında çelişki olması halinde ilgili zorunlu hükümler önceliklidir.
6. Güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik
Oyunu geliştirmek, hata düzeltmek, güvenliği artırmak veya teknik gerekliliklere uyum sağlamak için güncellemeler yayımlayabiliriz. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihazda sürekli kullanılabilir olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
7. Garanti reddi
Uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde oyun ve web sitesi “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisiz çalışma veya hatasızlık konusunda açık ya da zımni garanti vermiyoruz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
